These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care and do not replace professional medical or psychological support.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical condition, you agree to consult a licensed professional before participating.
2. No Guarantees
You understand that:
Results vary from person to person.
No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
Your results depend on your participation, circumstances, and personal effort.
3. Personal Responsibility
By signing up or purchasing, you agree to:
Take responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Participate at your own pace
Stop any practice that feels unsafe or overwhelming
Seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support when needed
4. Payments & Refunds (for digital products)
Unless otherwise stated:
All digital products are non-refundable.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access.
5. Breathwork & Somatic Practice Disclaimer
By participating in any breathwork or somatic exercise, you acknowledge that emotional or physical sensations may arise.
You agree to participate voluntarily and at your own pace.
If you have any of the following conditions, you should consult a medical professional before participating:

Cardiovascular conditions
Epilepsy or seizures
Bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia

courses
written content
are the intellectual property of Soul of the Lotus® LLC.
You may not:
share
distribute
reproduce
resell
or modify
any materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in any services or using any materials, you agree to release and hold harmless:

8. No Therapy Relationship
Opting into emails, downloading resources, or purchasing digital products does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Therapy services are only provided under a separate therapy agreement within the State of Oregon.
